(01) The challenge
An independently owned brokerage working Jackson Hole, Teton Valley and Star Valley. Its site couldn't do what a three-market brokerage needs: no live listings search in its own look, no neighborhood depth, no market reporting, and agent pages without the agents' listings.
(02) The thinking
Discovery first, then a design system, page structure and wireframes, each signed off by the brokerage. The build is custom WordPress, with live MLS search at its center.
(03) The system
Live MLS search with a map and list view and saved searches. Neighborhood guides with an interactive map. A market-intelligence hub of quarterly reports. Agent profiles that carry each agent's own listings.
