(01) The challenge

The company manages private homes that guests book for their stays. Its property pages read like standard rental listings, whatever the home, and the site had to work with the booking system the company already ran.

(02) The thinking

Rebuilding the site in WordPress around the company's own booking system, then designing one estate-style template the team switches on home by home, from inside that system, with no code.

(03) The system

Each home's page opens on a full-bleed hero, then a section nav, a specs bar, floor-by-floor room cards, a wellness section, a map, reviews and an inquiry-only booking flow. No prices are shown.

A stone fire pit on a patio, looking across a meadow of tall grass and autumn trees to a jagged mountain range.
A wood-sided home at dusk, its tall corner windows lit from inside, beside a deck with stone pillars and a stand of aspens.
The back of a dark-sided home with tall red-framed windows, and a flagstone patio with a red umbrella, a grill and a hot tub.
An open wooden front door between tall windows, with two Adirondack chairs, lanterns and potted ferns on stone steps.
A log home with a river-rock chimney and a long deck, on a green lawn among tall pines.
