01What's included each month?
Site management, updates and CMS support, SEO monitoring and technical health, a monthly strategy call, and a performance report with recommendations, within the hours your plan allocates.
02Which platforms do you support?
WordPress and Shopify.
03Is there a minimum term?
Monthly plans run for a minimum of three months, then continue month to month with 30 days' written notice. Work begins on the 1st of the month after you sign.
04We're not in Jackson Hole. Can we work with you?
Yes. Every engagement follows the same steps: a discovery call, a written proposal, a signed agreement, a kickoff, then the work on agreed timelines.
05What happens after I send the form?
We reply to set up a 30-minute discovery call about your goals, where things stand and what success looks like. From there we prepare a tailored proposal, typically within 3–5 business days.
