02How is the fee set?
Our monthly management fee is set by your ad spend range, plus a one-time setup fee. Your proposal states both.
03Who pays for the ads?
You do, directly. Ad spend is billed to you, never marked up and never part of our fee.
04How soon can campaigns start?
After the discovery call and a signed agreement, we schedule setup. Your proposal sets the timeline before work begins.
05We're not in Jackson Hole. Can we work with you?
Yes. Every engagement follows the same steps: a discovery call, a written proposal, a signed agreement, a kickoff, then the work on agreed timelines.
06What happens after I send the form?
We reply to set up a 30-minute discovery call about your goals, where things stand and what success looks like. From there we prepare a tailored proposal, typically within 3–5 business days.
