The challenge was to move beyond static hospitality marketing and build a living content ecosystem—one capable of cutting through the noise of a competitive mountain market, driving real-world attendance to events, dining, and on-property activations, and sustaining consistent momentum across Instagram and Facebook. More importantly, the goal was to position Gravity Haus as the year-round cultural hub of Jackson Hole.
